Full System Analyst

Must Have: Knowledge of network infrastructure: cabling and troubleshooting and LAN/WAN standards and communication protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, among others); Identification and resolution of problems quickly; User assistance with technical issues • Troubleshooting of network incidents • Support in the implementation of new technologies; • Acting in the implementation of new network technologies • Proven knowledge in networking • Coordination of suppliers, defining roles and responsibilities; • Work with technology vendors to help create definitions of responsibility • Knowledge in RACI, Scrum, Agile methodologies • Interpersonal skills, analytical profile and good logical reasoning; • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work with little supervision and under pressure; • Dynamism, engagement in initiatives related to activities.
