Responsibilities Open and close the store, organize and arrange the display window, sales hall, and inventory. Provide customer service and guide team performance. Conduct store routines, plan and structure work schedules. Motivate and manage the team to achieve results. Control cash operations and propose sales strategies. Execute sales and offer products to customers. Perform other related activities as needed. Qualifications High school diploma (Ensino Médio Completo). A bachelor's degree is a plus. Intermediate computer skills, including Excel with tables, formulas, and charts. Knowledge in store management, team management, and sales. Experience in store management, sales, and customer service. Availability to work in a shopping mall schedule. Compensation and Benefits Salary: R$1.525,00 Function Gratification: R$610,00 Commission (average): R$2.200,00 (based on results) Medical and Dental Assistance Meal Voucher: R$200,00/month Transportation Voucher Working Hours 14:00 – 22:00 (Monday to Saturday, Shift Rotation).
