This is not just a Cloud project; it is mission-critical with a requirement for 24/7 availability . This role involves supporting and deploying a robust Cloud platform that sustains signaling, Edge/OT (EdgeLINC) applications, and real-time analytics. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on ensuring the availability and resilience of over 80 Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and 700 nodes in AWS that control the safe movement of trains. Responsabilities: Design, implement, and maintain Cloud/Hybrid architectures (AWS) with a focus on high availability , multi-region Disaster Recovery , and perimeter security . Lead the implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform/CloudFormation) to standardize resource provisioning. Ensure that all platforms comply with the most stringent security and compliance requirements (ISO/IEC 27001 or equivalent) and participate in audits. Required skills: 5 years of proven experience in Cloud Engineering or DevOps. Advanced experience with AWS (certifications are a plus) and multi-cloud or hybrid architecture. Strong experience with Terraform and some experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker . Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, etc.). Deep knowledge of Cloud networking (VPC, Direct Connect, VPNs) and security (IAM, Security Groups, WAF). Mandatory experience working in highly regulated environments, managing third-party security controls, or participating in compliance audits. Upper Intermediate or Advanced English.
