Head of Business Performance - Premier Insurer A market-leading insurer with a strong presence across Asia continues to expand its business and is seeking to appoint a dynamic and commercially astute Head of Business Performance in Singapore. This is a highly visible leadership role, responsible for driving financial strategy and supporting the regional business in achieving its performance objectives. Responsibilities Partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive financial planning & analysis and strategic decision‑making across the portfolio. Oversee the development of financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and reporting standards. Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives, provide insights on key drivers and risks, and influence decisions around resource allocation, operational efficiency and long‑term value creation. Lead a finance team, enhance systems and processes, and support strategic initiatives across the region. Requirements At least 10 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within the general insurance sector. Deep technical knowledge of insurance accounting (GAAP, IFRS, statutory) and strong FP&A, financial modelling and business partnering skills. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate complexity in a fast‑paced environment.
