Position Overview An established Singapore‑based asset management group is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal and regulatory support across its investment and corporate functions. The role includes advising on fund formation, ongoing operations, and wind‑downs, as well as drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts such as partnership, shareholder, and investment agreements. Responsibilities Advising on fund formation, ongoing operations, and wind‑downs. Drafting and negotiating partnership, shareholder, investment, and other investment‑related agreements. Qualifications At least seven years of post‑qualification experience in the financial sector. Exposure to mergers & acquisitions or fund management. Strong legal foundation, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic investment management environment.
