Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/01/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel (RN) – Med/Surg Telemetry Facility: Holmes Regional Medical Center (Health First) Location: 1350 Hickory St, Melbourne, FL 32901 Shift: Nights | 3x12-hour (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Assignment Type: 13 Weeks About the Position: Seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN to deliver comprehensive patient care in a high-acuity environment. The nurse will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor patients, administer medications, and respond to changing conditions using EPIC EMR.
