Why This Role Matters As our Demand Planner, you’ll: Shape the supply chain for ~2,500 products Drive forecasts, availability, and fulfilment KPIs Collaborate with trading teams and suppliers to keep products flowing Analyse trends and recommend improvements that make a difference every day You’ll play a critical role in ensuring customers get what they want, when they want it - all while improving efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting exciting promotions and new product launches. What You’ll Be Doing Lead demand and forecast planning across our product range Use data to meet key KPIs for availability, waste, and fulfilment Build strong supplier partnerships and run performance reviews Optimise delivery schedules and buying processes Support promotional, seasonal, and new product planning Analyse trends, spot opportunities, and recommend improvements Be a key point of contact for supply chain queries Collaborate on process development and system improvements About You Experience in FMCG, supply chain, merchandising, or logistics Skilled in demand forecasting and data analysis Confident communicator and relationship builder Strong Excel and IT skills Organised, adaptable, and proactive in fast-paced environments Able to make independent decisions Flexible to work occasional weekends on a rota Bonus Points: Commercial acumen and supplier management experience Experience in e-commerce or large-scale retail supply chains Why You’ll Love Working Here Flexible hybrid working with 30 days ‘work from anywhere’ per year 25 days holiday , rising to 27 after 5 years Pension – up to 7% employer contributions Private medical insurance & income protection Employee Assistance Programme & wellbeing apps Family-friendly policies Share schemes and free shares 15% discount on Ocado.com and partner retailers Free shuttle buses and Cycle to Work Scheme At Ocado Group, we celebrate diversity and are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
