In this role, you’ll be part of a passionate digital design team working on landmark projects across sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Residential, and Commercial . You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and digital specialists to deliver data-rich, coordinated models that bring buildings to life. What You’ll Be Doing Creating and managing detailed 3D models and 2D outputs using Autodesk Revit Setting up, maintaining, and coordinating MEP models across disciplines Identifying and resolving design clashes through proactive collaboration Supporting information management and CDE platforms (e.g., BIM 360 / ACC) Enhancing workflows through automation tools like Dynamo, DiRoots, and RF Tools Sharing knowledge, ideas, and innovation across a supportive digital engineering community What You’ll Bring Proven experience delivering MEP projects in Revit Understanding of clash detection , CDE workflows , and automation tools Knowledge of the BS EN ISO 19650 standards Confidence to manage modelling responsibilities independently A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset Desirable Extras Experience with AutoCAD, Solibri, or Excel Interest in visual programming or automation (e.g., Dynamo) Why You’ll Love It Here You’ll be part of an inclusive, people-first culture that supports growth, wellbeing, and individuality.
