Senior Environmental & Sustainability Advisor

Are you passionate about sustainability and protecting the environment? We’re seeking a Senior Environmental & Sustainability Advisor to drive environmental performance and support the delivery of sustainable infrastructure projects across the UK. In this key role, you’ll provide expert guidance to project teams, ensure compliance with environmental legislation, and lead initiatives that reduce carbon impact, manage waste, and promote environmental best practice. Key Responsibilities: Advise on environmental and sustainability matters across projects. Conduct inspections, audits, and investigations to ensure compliance. Support initiatives in carbon reduction, waste management, and pollution prevention. Liaise with clients, regulators, and stakeholders on environmental performance. Collect and report environmental data to support continuous improvement. About You: Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related discipline. 4 years’ experience in environmental management or sustainability, ideally within construction or utilities. Strong understanding of environmental legislation and compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel. Desirable: Membership of IEMA or similar professional body, and Internal Environmental Auditor qualification.
