Court of Protection Solicitor – Bristol If you’re an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor looking to take the next step, this Bristol based opportunity offers genuine progression, national level Court of Protection work, and the chance to be part of a respected private client boutique firm. You’ll join a specialist Court of Protection team known for its expertise in property and affairs matters, acting for high-net-worth and vulnerable clients across the country. The team is expanding and looking for a talented Court of Protection solicitor to help deliver outstanding results and compassionate service. What You’ll Do Advise on complex Court of Protection property and affairs cases. Manage your own caseload with autonomy and support. Work closely with experts across the firm on high profile, sensitive matters. Build strong relationships with clients, deputies, and professional bodies. What We’re Looking For Minimum 4 years’ experience in Court of Protection law. Solid background in property and affairs work. Excellent communication and client care skills.
