Finance Operations Manager Office Cashiering & Accounts Payable Belfast (Hybrid) Join a global legal firm driving finance transformation Are you an experienced finance leader ready to make an impact across multiple locations? Were looking for a Finance Operations Manager to lead and support our Office Cashiering and Accounts Payable teams, while also providing ad-hoc support to our Client Cashier function and Client Account Supervisor . This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our finance operations and driving process improvement during the rollout of our new global ERP and accounting system . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Office Cashier and Accounts Payable teams across all UK offices. Oversee team performance, recruitment, appraisals, and training. Drive process improvement and efficiency across cashiering and AP functions. Collaborate closely with the Business Transformation Team on the ERP implementation, ensuring testing and feedback on enhancements. Review and approve payment runs, disbursements, and expenses . Manage supplier reconciliations , aged creditors , and key supplier relationships . Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately posted. Manage company credit cards and inter-account transfers . Investigate and report unidentified cash receipts and potential AML issues . Support year-end audits and ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules . Provide finance support to international colleagues and liaise with wider business teams. About You Proven experience managing finance teams ideally in a legal or professional services environment. Strong people leadership skills, with experience in coaching, performance management, and recruitment . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills confident engaging with partners, fee earners, and suppliers. Highly organised , detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Demonstrated success in process improvement and change management . Sound understanding of accounts payable , cashiering , and bank reconciliations . Why Join Us?
