Payroll Assistant - Belfast MCS Group are looking for a Payroll Assistant to join a well-established accountancy practice based in Belfast. The Company: Our client is a well-established accountancy practice based in Belfast. They provide a range of Audit, Accounts, Tax, Payroll and Business Advisory services to their extensive customer base across NI & Ireland. The Rewards: As the successful Payroll Assistant, you will receive the following: £30k-£33k extensive benefits; Early finish Friday; Flexible/hybrid working options (3 days office/2 days home); Great work life balance Health Benefits 33 days Holiday The Role: As the successful Payroll Assistant you will report directly to the Payroll Manager and will be responsible for the following: Oversee a portfolio of SME clients; Processing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll; Process starters, leavers, sick pay and maternity pay etc; Liaising with HMRC; Process P45s & P60s as required; Other duties as outlined in the full job description. The Person: The successful Payroll Assistant will meet the following criteria: End to end payroll experience; Experience working with clients and able to handle payroll queries; Open to practice, bureau or industry background; Strong communication skills; Strong IT skills.
