Manager - Transformation & Change Consulting

Freshminds has partnered with a boutique consultancy to find an experienced Manager to lead strategic transformation projects for major UK and global organisations. This is a varied, client-facing role working with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver high-impact change programmes. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring clients not only achieve results but have the capability to sustain them long after the project ends. What you’ll be doing: Managing transformation and planning engagements, from shaping strategy to delivering measurable outcomes for clients in retail, financial services, and other major sectors Building trusted relationships with senior leaders and spotting opportunities to create further value Leading and coaching client teams to strengthen capability and embed new ways of working Requirements: 4 years’ consulting or in-house transformation experience Strong track record in delivering strategic change programmes Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Degree-level qualification with a minimum 2:1 or equivalent Location: Hybrid / Central London base
