This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing fashion chain and play a key role in driving the store's success. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service. Maximise store sales and profitability through effective commercial management. Motivate, coach, and support the team to achieve agreed targets and objectives. Collaborate closely with Head Office and other Store Managers. Uphold and promote the company's brand image through full compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a fashion retail management role. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills. A results-driven mindset with a passion for driving sales. High energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for fashion retail. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
