Position Overview The successful candidate will play a key role in advising multinational and UK businesses on complex UK and EU competition law matters, coordinating transaction filing strategies across multiple jurisdictions, and representing clients before regulatory authorities. Responsibilities Advise clients on UK and EU competition law matters Coordinate transaction filing strategies across multiple jurisdictions Represent clients before the Competition & Markets Authority and European Commission Guide clients through phase 1 and phase 2 merger control procedures Advise on foreign direct investment filings and national security matters Represent clients in antitrust investigations, market investigations, and sector enquiries Requirements Qualified lawyer with experience in UK and EU competition law Strong technical skills and knowledge of competition law and merger control procedures Excellent communication and client relationship skills Ability to manage complex matters and coordinate across multiple jurisdictions Collaborative and proactive approach with a passion for finding creative solutions Benefits Competitive salary and bonus package, with up to 25% bonus Supportive and inclusive culture that values diversity and encourages collaboration Opportunities for career progression and to make a real impact How to Apply To apply for this exciting opportunity, please click easy apply, email peter@rolfberryman.com or drop me a message.
