Our value added poultry facility in Lisnaskea, is hiring a Night Hygiene Manager Night Hygiene Manager Job Reference 25 NHM - 02 Reporting to the General Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring hygiene of factory premises, equipment and facilities. Main responsibilities and duties will include: Supervision of wash crew ensuring effective cleaning methods are implemented Monitor, Improve and maintain hygiene within all areas of the factory Control stock of cleaning chemicals Effectively complete all relevant paperwork Report problems promptly Maintain acceptable standards of discipline Attend regular meetings with Departmental Managers to ensure effective communication Be available for training to ensure professional development Maintaining Quality and Safety standards Ideally applicants should have previous leadership experience and be able to use their own initiative. Previous wash experience is desirable but not essential.
