As Group Financial Controller, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, reporting, and control across the group. Youll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing strategic insight and operational support to enhance business performance and ensure sound financial decision-making. This is a hands-on position offering the chance to shape processes, challenge the status quo, and contribute to the companys ongoing growth and success. The Role: Lead and develop the finance team, promoting accountability and growth. Deliver accurate monthly reporting, analysis, and insights for senior leadership. Oversee financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting. Manage cash flow and day-to-day financial operations. Partner with business leaders to drive profitability and efficiency. Challenge processes and champion continuous improvement. The Person: Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience. Proven success in a senior finance role within a commercial environment. Confident leader with sharp commercial insight and attention to detail. Collaborative, adaptable, and ready to make an impact.
