Financial Services Administrator

Artemis Human Capital is excited to be partnering with a reputable financial planning firm based in Belfast as they seek to appoint an experienced financial services administrator in a newly created role to support with continued business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned financial services professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service & keen to develop within a dynamic team . The Job Working closely with the firm's client services team, you will be involved across the following areas: Supporting with the onboarding of new clients & ensuring their financial plans are implemented smoothly. Taking ownership of new business processing, ensuring compliance & accuracy. Updating client records, liaising with product providers, & preparing documentation. Managing client portfolios & ensuring all actions from meetings are followed through promptly. About You To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following criteria: 2 years experience in a similar role working within an IFA. Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages & a confident telephone manner. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, & the ability to work independently. The ability to handle a varied workload & meet deadlines. A passion for delivering excellent client services. Remuneration Package Our client has put together a market-leading remuneration package for this newly created role, which includes: A competitive salary of £26-30,000 per annum (DOE). Hybrid working.
