Head of Commercial / Partner I am currently working with a Top 100 Firm in the City of Cardiff who are looking for an ambitious Lawyer to join them as a Partner and Head of the Commercial Department. They have a strong national corporate practice and a fledgling commercial practice which they are looking to develop further by recruiting a key individual to develop and lead this area of work for the firm. Work will include: Commercial contracts and terms/partnerships Company share and asset sales and acquisitions Shareholder agreements and articles Commercial lending and security Joint ventures and MBOs and more Requirements: Full time with flexible hybrid working to suit needs You will have a strong record of developing and maintaining client relationships Report to the national head. Collaborate with other partners for the development of the firm.
