Global Operational Risk Manager

Our client, a boutique global investment management firm headquartered in London is seeking an experienced and proactive Operational Risk Manager to join the London office. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape and enhance the firm’s operational risk framework in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the firm’s operational risk framework, policies, and procedures. Lead risk assessments across business units and support the implementation of controls. Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs), incidents, and emerging risks. Partner with teams to ensure effective risk mitigation strategies are in place. Requirements Proven experience in operational risk management within investment management firm Strong understanding of front-to-back investment processes and associated risks. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently and influence across all levels of the organisation. Familiarity with regulatory expectations (UCITs) This is a permanent position paying up to £130,000 per annum plus excellent benefits. No sponsorship
