Professional Negligence Solicitor (1-3 PQE)

A well-regarded law firm is seeking an Associate (1–3 PQE) to join its Professional Liability team in Bristol. This is a hybrid role offering a mix of office and remote working. The position involves handling a broad range of professional indemnity matters, including claims against solicitors, brokers, financial professionals, and policy coverage disputes. The successful candidate will have experience defending claims against professionals, be familiar with professional indemnity policies and coverage issues, and have worked on both large team-led cases and independently managed files. The role also includes opportunities to engage in business development and contribute to thought leadership.
