Job Description
We’re looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with an established portfolio of retail and shopping centre partners across Ireland. This is a field-based, customer-focused role where you’ll act as the key contact for approximately 75 business partners, ensuring seamless installations, excellent service delivery, and continued commercial growth across a fun and diverse product range including kiddie rides, play cranes, photobooths, candy carts , and more. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Customer Relationships Serve as the main point of contact for all customer accounts across Ireland. Build and maintain strong partnerships with landlords, managing agents, and shopping centre management teams. Ensure every customer receives proactive communication, consistent attention, and exceptional service. Oversee contract renewals, proposals, and regular review meetings. Commercial Growth & Business Development Identify opportunities to grow revenue across existing accounts. Lead negotiations and manage contracts for product installations and renewals. Prepare proposals and presentations that demonstrate value and drive results. Support strategic growth initiatives to maintain market leadership. Strategic Collaboration Work closely with senior leadership to align on goals and priorities. Share insights from the market to inform business strategy and product performance. Operate independently day-to-day, while maintaining clear communication with the wider commercial team. Market Awareness Keep ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and retail developments. Represent the company with professionalism and authenticity in every interaction. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in account management, sales, or commercial partnerships , ideally within retail, property, or shopping centre environments. Strong network and credibility with landlords, management agents, or retail operators. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Highly motivated, assertive, and able to work autonomously while managing multiple stakeholders. A clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout Ireland (occasional visits to Banbridge required).
