Location: West Midlands Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience About the Role We are working with a specialist property law firm acting for managing agents, landlords, and freeholders . The firm focuses on residential property management and leasehold matters , including arrears recovery, lease enforcement, breach of covenant, forfeiture , and lease extensions . You will join a team handling a mix of recovery and leasehold disputes , providing advice and representation to clients navigating complex leasehold frameworks. Key Responsibilities Handle service charge, ground rent, and rent arrears matters Advise on breach of covenant and forfeiture proceedings Support lease extensions and associated leasehold disputes Manage cases efficiently with a focus on practical outcomes for clients The Candidate Qualified solicitor (NQ–5 PQE or equivalent) although any PQE considered. Experience in residential long lease matters Familiarity with leasehold enforcement and property management clients Strong client care, communication, and case management skills Must have experience of long lease residential work – s27A applications – S168 Applications.
