The Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Residential Property Solicitor (3 PQE) to join a well-established and respected West London practice. You will manage a varied caseload of high-value residential property matters , including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, lease extensions, and refinancing. You will be trusted to manage your files independently, while also contributing to a team culture that values quality service and client care above all else. What We’re Looking For 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential property law Strong track record managing complex transactions from instruction to completion Excellent client communication skills and commercial awareness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience dealing with high net worth individuals and high-value property is an advantage This role would suit someone who is : ✔️ Looking for a rewarding and balanced legal career ✔️ Motivated by quality work and well-rewarded performance
