This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a solid grounding in conveyancing who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and client-focused practice. The Role You will manage your own caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The successful candidate will play an integral role within a close-knit team, providing high-quality service to a loyal client base. Key Responsibilities Handling all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing files Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases, and title documents Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors Maintaining excellent standards of client care and attention to detail throughout each transaction The Person Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years post-qualification experience in conveyancing Sound knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and independently A proactive and professional approach to client service Remuneration & Benefits A competitive salary is offered, commensurate with experience, along with genuine opportunities for professional development and career progression within a respected local firm.
