We’re recruiting on behalf of a specialist subcontract manufacturing company in Sheffield who work on exciting projects within highly regulated sectors such as nuclear and defence . What you’ll be doing: Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings. Fabricating and plating heavy engineering components to tight tolerances. Working on projects across nuclear, defence, and other high-spec industries. Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. What we’re looking for: Proven plating experience within a heavy engineering environment. Strong fabrication skills and ability to work to detailed technical drawings. A proactive approach to quality and health & safety. Experience in nuclear/defence sectors is advantageous but not essential.
