Interim Service Manager for IRO/CP/LADO

Looking for an interim Service Manager for Independent Reviewing Officer/Child Protection/Local Authority Designating Officer. About the Role North London! Must be on site 2-3 days per week. Candidates must be highly experienced in this service area and working for good local authorities. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the Independent Reviewing Officer service. Ensure compliance with child protection policies and procedures. Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders. Provide leadership and support to the team. Qualifications Relevant degree in social work or related field. Experience in a similar role within local authorities. Required Skills Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of child protection legislation. Preferred Skills Experience with performance management and quality assurance.
