Warehouse Supervisor – Leeds - £35,000 Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturer in their search for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. This includes managing a small team of 4, stock control, health & safety compliance and supporting production through efficient stores coordination. Benefits/Hours: 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday 23 days holiday bank holidays Pension Succession planning and development opportunities Free onsite parking Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the warehouse team to meet daily operational targets Plan staffing and workload effectively to ensure smooth warehouse operations Oversee incoming deliveries and ensure quality standards are upheld Coordinate daily stores kitting to align with production requirements Maintain the warehouse training matrix and ensure staff development Ensure all warehouse areas remain clean, organised, and compliant Attend daily production meetings and participate in regular stock takes Drive lean principles and support continuous improvement initiatives Undertake hands-on warehouse tasks when required Required skills & experience: Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Essential) Strong background in warehouse operations and stock control Proven leadership and people management experience Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal About Elevation Elevation Recruitment Group is a specialist recruitment consultancy that helps people build long-term, successful careers.
