Role: Electrical Project Manager – Data Centre Projects Location: Watford, Herts Employment type: Permanent Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 We’re working with a rapidly growing name in the data centre sector. Over the last decade, they’ve become a global leader in delivering turnkey solutions to some of the biggest names in the industry. They’re now looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of major projects from bid and pre-commencement through to completion. You’ll ensure safety, compliance, quality, and profitability while building strong client relationships and leading high-performing teams. What you’ll be doing Lead electrical project delivery from pre-construction through to handover. Ensure health & safety, compliance, and quality across all activities. Manage pre-construction planning, scope reviews, and installation methods. Oversee supply chain engagement, subcontractor performance, and commercial issues. Work with commercial teams to manage contracts, risks, costs, and profitability. Build strong, long-term client relationships and represent the business at industry events. Lead, mentor, and support the project delivery team. Deliver projects to safe, on-time, and on-budget completion. What we’re looking for Proven experience managing large-scale electrical projects in data centres or similar environments. Strong leadership and people management skills. Commercial awareness, with knowledge of P&L and cost management. IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Recognised electrical engineering qualifications, with authorisation to oversee installations. Relevant health & safety and industry certifications. Full right to work in the UK.
