Area Sales Manager

My client are a leading specialist in Industrial Automation Solutions. Due to an internal promotion, my client is now looking for a driven and commercially minded Regional Sales Manager to take responsibility of their existing accounts and developing future business within South Wales. Responsibilities: Manage and grow sales across South Wales. Develop a strong understanding of the company’s product portfolio, services, and value proposition. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers, including distributors, OEMs, and end users. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and increase profitability. Deliver product presentations, technical support, and solutions tailored to customer needs. Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experience. Skills and Experience: Proven background within the Industrial Automation and/ or Electrical sector. Candidates will have experience in an Engineering or Sales capacity Must have a UK driving license and be based in South Wales
