Test Delivery Lead – Global Law Firm – ASAP start 12-Month Fixed Term Contract | Hybrid (London, 3 days in office) Managing testing end-to-end, ensuring quality, and directly influencing delivery outcomes. Responsibilities Oversee the full testing lifecycle, from planning through execution and delivery Define test strategies that safeguard quality across multiple platforms and systems Lead and mentor a team, raising standards and embedding best practice Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align testing with delivery goals Champion automation and performance testing, ensuring continuous improvement Track progress, manage risks, and provide clear reporting on outcomes What We’re Looking For Proven background in leading functional and non-functional testing Solid understanding of Agile and collaborative delivery practices Proficiency with modern test management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira, QC/ALM) Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments Experience testing across varied platforms (web, desktop, infrastructure, hardware) Self-motivated leader who thrives on problem solving and driving results Max 1 month notice period Why Join?
