The Role: As a Litigation Solicitor , you’ll be handling a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated junior solicitor to build their career within a supportive, dynamic firm that values progression and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from instruction to resolution. Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and pleadings. Conducting legal research and providing clear, strategic advice to clients. Representing clients at hearings, mediations, and negotiations. Assisting senior solicitors and partners on complex cases as required. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. About You: Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in litigation. Experience handling a mixed caseload of civil and/or commercial disputes. Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. A proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach.
