Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience) Hours: Full-time or part-time available About the Company: This established high street practice offers a personal, one-to-one service across multiple areas of law, including residential property, probate, and private client work. Role Summary: The firm is looking for a self-sufficient Conveyancer who can manage residential property files from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a stable, hands-on role within a welcoming, family-oriented environment. The position can be full-time or part-time (3–4 days per week) depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage your own caseload of residential property files (typically up to 75 active matters) • Handle all aspects of title checking, contracts, and client communication independently • Oversee freehold, leasehold, remortgage, and occasional new build transactions • Liaise closely with clients and third parties to ensure a smooth, timely process • Maintain a high standard of client service in line with the firm’s values Requirements: • 2–3 years’ post-qualified experience in residential conveyancing • Ability to handle files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision • Comfortable managing volume while maintaining attention to detail • Experience with case management systems and digital file handling • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to fit into a friendly, small-team environment
