The scheme will deliver 70 luxury apartments , and this is a fantastic opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in its commercial success. The Role No.2 commercial lead on the project, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager Involved from pre-construction through to handover Support procurement, subcontractor negotiations, valuations, and cost reporting Lead on risk management and commercial controls Collaborate with design and technical teams to manage change and mitigate cost impacts Ideal for a strong intermediate QS ready to step up into a strategic, project-focused role Package Includes: Salary up to £75,000 Car allowance Private healthcare Pension contribution Annual bonus If you're a driven Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge on a high-profile project — Please Apply.
