Now, we’re growing our commercial team and looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative to join us. About the Role As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth. You’ll respond to customer enquiries, qualify leads, prepare quotations, and support our field sales and engineering teams. If you’re curious about technology, confident communicating with customers, and enjoy seeing your efforts translate into real business results - this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound enquiries (email, web, and phone) with advice, pricing, and technical information Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers across diverse sectors Manage and maintain CRM records (HubSpot) and sales pipeline activity Support field sales and engineers with quotations, demos, and tender response Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaign and lead activity Stay up to date on Eltek’s hardware, software, and applications Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate order processing and delivery timelines What We’re Looking For Experience: Previous experience in sales, sales support, or customer service Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organisation, proactive follow-up, and CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) Knowledge: Ability to learn and explain technical products clearly Bonus Points For: Experience in a technical or instrumentation-based company Understanding of environmental monitoring or sensor technologies Familiarity with sectors such as heritage, museums, pharma, or academia Why You’ll Love Working at Eltek Our success is built on our people, and we believe in investing in their growth and wellbeing.
