MEP Construction Manager / MEP Supervisor – Major Infrastructure Programme (£700M) Location: Greater London area (major live infrastructure site) Salary: Competitive day rate The Opportunity Join one of the UK’s flagship infrastructure programmes delivering a complex, high-value upgrade to critical systems and facilities. This multi-year programme involves major MEP integration, system testing and handover across several interconnected work packages — an exceptional opportunity for an experienced MEP professional to play a leading role in one of the most technically challenging environments in the country. We are seeking an MEP Construction Manager / MEP Supervisor to take responsibility for all Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health works within a key tranche of the programme — managing delivery teams, subcontractors and technical interfaces across multiple systems and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead all MEP construction and installation activities for your assigned section, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery. Manage subcontractors, partners and suppliers to meet programme, budget and quality targets. Support mobilisation, planning and delivery of all MEP works — from procurement to testing and commissioning. Coordinate complex interfaces between MEP, structural, architectural and specialist systems. Ensure all MEP activities comply with project management plans and statutory requirements. Oversee temporary site services, utilities and system integration for your work area. Provide technical leadership and assurance throughout construction, commissioning and handover. Act as a visible leader within the project, promoting collaboration, safety and best practice. What We’re Looking For Essential Proven experience delivering large-scale Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health (MEP) systems in complex, live environments. Strong understanding of installation, commissioning and system integration. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills. Demonstrated success coordinating multiple suppliers and managing multi-discipline interfaces. Solid knowledge of health, safety, environmental and quality management systems. Desirable Experience within major rail, aviation, or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with NEC contract models and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI). Working knowledge of BS 7671, Building Regulations and testing/commissioning protocols. Experience working within a self-assurance or principal contractor environment. Why Apply?
