Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager / Restaurant Manager to lead one of our high-volume QSR locations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, operations, and team development. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with all food safety, labor, and brand standards. Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to create a positive work environment and deliver excellent customer service. Drive sales and profitability through effective scheduling, inventory control, cost management, and local store marketing. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are met or exceeded. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Handle customer concerns in a professional, timely manner and resolve conflicts effectively. Communicate regularly with the district/area manager and provide reports on sales, labor, and performance metrics. Qualifications 2 years of management experience in a QSR, fast food, or casual dining environment (General Manager or Assistant Manager level). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of P&L, labor management, and inventory control. ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain). High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
