I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area, and I specialize in assisting accounting firms. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover the finance, accounting and payroll professions. I'm looking for a senior outsourcing accountant for a large accounting firm in the downtown area. Your tasks are : - Entering accounting documents and entries - Preparation, validation and approval of bank reconciliations - Analysis of variances - Recording, validation and approval of tax returns - Preparation of various financial reports - Preparation of information required for year-end files- DES, DEC or BAC in accounting - Accounting designation (an asset) - Minimum 8 years' relevant experience - Advanced MS Office skills - Skills in creating dashboards, financial reporting and data security (an asset) - Advanced knowledge of accounting software, including Quickbooks Online - Knowledge of sales taxes - Advanced accounting expertise, including local accounting standards, demarcations, analytical processes, payroll accounting and foreign exchange differences - Knowledge of IFRS (an asset) - Fluency in French and English to interact effectively with all our customers in Quebec and beyond
