Job Description

Location: Downtown TorontoSalary: $63,000 - $68,000Schedule: 37.5 hours/week - On-siteOur client is currently seeking a bilingual Office Services and Administrative Coordinator to join their team. This is a permanent full-time position, to be filled as soon as possible.Responsibilities: Act as a key point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors; provide professional customer serviceGreet visitors and prepare meeting rooms for in-person or hybrid meetingsCoordinate catering and assist with internal eventsManage general office maintenance and supply inventoryMake travel arrangements and assist with expense and billing follow-upsPrepare, format, and proofread various documents and presentationsSupport internal teams with day-to-day administrative tasksRequirements: Diploma in office administration or other relevant academic background2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in a professional services environment is a plus)Excellent communication skills in English and French, both spoken and written : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and functional spoken and written in French (as an asset)Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitaskSoft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilitiesAbility to manage priorities under pressureProfessional, resourceful, and client-focusedInterested?
