MissionAs part of a strategic ERP migration initiative from Aptos to a new ERP system, we are seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst with a strong background in logistics, warehouse operations, and distribution.You will join a lean and agile IT team, reporting directly to the Director of IT and working alongside two technical team members.The project spans 12 months:10 months of implementation (requirements gathering, specification, configuration, business support)2 months of testing and validationThe target ERP system is Epicor. While direct experience with Epicor is a plus, it is not mandatory—what is critical is a deep understanding of logistics and distribution processes, along with strong documentation and analysis skills.Your Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering & Business AnalysisLead workshops with logistics, warehouse, and order management teamsDocument business needs and identify process gaps between Aptos and the new ERPAnalyze current-state workflows and define to-be scenariosFunctional SpecificationsDraft detailed functional specifications and use casesTranslate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams and ERP integratorsImplementation Follow-UpCollaborate closely with IT and developers to ensure accurate solution deliveryParticipate in ERP configuration and validate business alignmentTrack deliverables and ensure deadlines are metTesting & SupportDevelop and execute functional test plansIdentify and document issues, follow up on resolutionsAssist in user training and adoptionDocumentationCreate thorough documentation of business processes, functional flows, and user guidesMaintain traceability and clarity throughout the project lifecycle Your profile7 years' experience as a Business Analyst on ERP-related projectsProven track record in logistics, warehouse management, and distribution systemsExperience with ERP migration or implementation projects (Epicor, Aptos, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping/receiving, order fulfillmentExcellent documentation and business process modeling skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholdersFully bilingual (French/English) - spoken and writtenComfortable working on-site during the early phase to understand operational realitiesWhy Join This Project?High-impact project within a small, agile, decision-driven IT teamDirect collaboration with the Director of ITOpportunity to shape and influence a critical ERP transformationDynamic distribution/logistics environment with real operational challenges
