YOUR ROLE:· Develop closing agendas and draft all documents related to transactions, mergers/acquisitions, reorganizations, and business sales;· Prepare documents necessary for incorporation, registration, organization, and liquidation of companies and file corporate documents;· Perform annual updates and maintain minute books;· Monitor the transaction process, organize closing documents, and perform post-transaction tasks.SKILLS REQUIRED:· DCS in paralegal technology or other combination of relevant training/experience;· Experience in a similar role in corporate law;· Bilingualism, French and English (read, spoken, and written);· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;· Analytical skills and professional judgment· Attention to detail, thoroughness, and initiative· Good communication skills· Ability to take charge of and manage projects and initiatives· Proactivity, versatility, and strong organizational and prioritization skills INTERESTED IN THIS CHALLENGE?
