As a Purchase Order Specialist at Kramp you will be part of an international team with 14 other Purchase Order Specialists. You will be responsible for your own suppliers in the category: Tractor and Vehicle Parts. Responsibilities Managing and overseeing the end-to-end purchase order processes within Kramp, from placing, confirming and monitoring the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods. Communicate and network with internal and external stakeholders, be in close contact with sales and logistics across countries. Play a critical role in ensuring that the purchase management process operates smoothly, efficiently, and is in compliance with organizational standards. You have attention for details, communication skills and the ability to navigate supplier relationships ensuring their contribution to the overall success in the supply chain function. About you You have a minimum of 2 years experience in similar positions or tasks. You have an advanced experience in Excel. You build relationships easily and communicate fluently in written and spoken Italian and English. You should be curious and ambitious to pursue a career in an international company.
