PRODUCT MANAGER (PIGS)

Minimum requirements: Matric University Degree in Animal Husbandry Possession of a valid Code 08/EB driver’s license SACNASP registration Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a feed milling environment Strong knowledge of animal husbandry and nutrition Understanding of linear programming and least cost formulation Familiarity with HACCP and ISO 22000 quality systems is advantageous Problem-solving and decision-making skills Conflict handling skills Excellent communication and influencing skills Relationship building and team leadership abilities Quality awareness Proficient in MS Office and computer skills Strong written communication skills Negotiation and selling skills Positive, proactive, and results-driven attitude Innovative and highly ethical with strong principles Committed, dedicated, and motivated Self-starter with good follow-through High energy, drive, courage, and tenacity Ability to work with minimum supervision Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required Consultant: Rene Otte - Dante Personnel Greenstone
