This is a great opportunity for drivers seeking regular work with competitive pay and straightforward routes. What’s on offer: £20.00 per hour, paid weekly Night shifts: 5:00pm–4:00am or 6:00pm–5:00am Monday to Friday schedule Container transport 2-day paid induction provided Duties include: Transporting shipping containers to and from London Gateway and regional ports or distribution sites Coupling and decoupling trailers safely and correctly Carrying out pre-use vehicle checks and reporting defects Ensuring all loads are secure and compliant with transport regulations Accurate completion of paperwork and use of on-board systems Communicating effectively with the transport office Adhering to all driver hours and WTD regulations Requirements: Valid UK HGV Class 1 (CE) licence Up-to-date CPC and Tacho card Experience in container work preferred ADR licence advantageous but not essential Good knowledge of driver regulations Apply now
