The Role This part-time Accounts Payable Assistant role focuses on supplier invoice processing and payment support. You’ll work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely handling of accounts payable tasks. As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be required, but not restricted, to the following tasks: Processing supplier invoices and matching to purchase orders Managing payment runs and supplier queries Assisting with bank reconciliations Maintaining accurate records in the finance system The Ideal Candidate You’ll be an organised and reliable finance professional with experience in accounts payable.
