Head of HR (Confidential – Property Sector) London (Hybrid – 4 days in office) Up to £100,000 up to 20% bonus excellent benefits Full-time, permanent CIPD Level 7 required Macdonald and Company are hiring for a Head of HR role at a growing property investment and development company based in London. This is a rare opportunity to join a business at a pivotal moment of transformation. You'll lead the HR function across strategy and delivery, working closely with the senior leadership team to build structure, support growth, and shape the people agenda. You’ll manage an established HR Manager and take ownership of the end-to-end HR function.
