Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

We are a seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for one of our outpatient clinics located in Brooklyn NY. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner would have the ability to collaborate with attending Physicians and other medical providers. They will have 1.5 hours for an evaluation and 30 minutes for medication follow up appointment.

Job Functions

·         Medical management, psychiatric evaluations, and diagnosis of critically ill patients

·         Collaborating with attending Psychiatrist to discuss treatment protocol

·         Read medical history reports

·         Document all information using EMR

Compensation- $130,000- 140,000

 

Required

Board Certification or eligibility as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Active DEA license

Strong work ethic in group environment
