About the Role Strategic position focused on delivering value for money, ensuring compliance, and driving performance across the supply base. You will be responsible for developing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, mitigating commercial risks, and leveraging purchasing power across the group. Key Responsibilities Lead procurement category strategy for Facilities & Properties Deliver cost savings and value creation across external spend Drive supplier performance and ensure alignment with business goals Lead contract management, compliance, and governance Develop market insight and foster innovation in sourcing Collaborate closely with business units to maximize commercial outcomes Ensure supplier alignment with key compliance areas (e.g., GDPR, H&S, CSR, sustainability) Ideal Profile 5 years experience in strategic sourcing/category management with deep expertise in Facilities/Properties procurement (TFM/IFM) Strong commercial acumen and supplier negotiation skills Excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability
