Associate Attorney

Job Description Job Description Job Summary: The associate attorney is a dedicated and motivated professional with a keen interest in being a part of our thriving personal injury, class action, and insurance law practice. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys, handle client matters, represent clients in court, and contribute to case strategy and development. Supervisory Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of personal injury, class action, and insurance cases. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Assist in trial preparation and attend trials as needed. Duties/Responsibilities: Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations. Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and analysis. Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution. Review and analyze medical records, accident reports, and insurance policies. Stay current with legal developments in relevant practice areas. Participate in business development and client acquisition efforts. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Detail-oriented and analytical thinking. Strong interpersonal and client service skills. Willingness to take initiative and work collaboratively. Education and Experience: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and license to practice law. 1-3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in personal injury, class action, or insurance law.
