Specialty clinics in Cardiology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic Surgery, and Otolaryngology. Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Board certified or board eligible. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
